<p>Have more than 10 years experience in IT in leading and managing projects. Also have 10 years experience in Banking domain. Led the projects for RBS (ABN AMRO), AON etc. in erstwhile Logica and presently CGI. Involved in project estimation, analysis, monitoring and control.<br />
Presently in Engagement Reliability Assessment Services team in CGI, where project estimation is also one of the key areas. Wish to know more on the tools and methods.</p>
