When the data format of a DET changes in an ILF/EIF, does the ILF/EIF change?
And if so, does a change from optional to mandatory count as data format change?
In both cases (change of data format, change from optional to mandatory) do all transactions that use this ILF/EIF change?A variation on the last situation is when a DET changes in an ILF/EIF. There is a transaction that references this ILF/EIF, but not the changed DET. This means that the DET composition of the transaction and the logical processing do not change. Should this transaction be part of the project size, because it should be considered changed?

Als het gegevensformaat van een DET van een ILGV/KGV wijzigt, wijzigt dan ook deze ILGV/KGV? Als ja, telt het verplicht maken van een DET ook als formaatwijziging? Wijzigen in beide gevallen (wijziging formaat / verplichtheid) alle transacties die deze ILGV/KGV benaderen?Er wijzigt een DET in een ILGV/KGV. Er bestaat tevens een transactie die deze gegevensverzameling wel gebruikt, maar niet het concreet gewijzigde attribuut. De DET-samenstelling en logische verwerking van de transactie zelf wijzigt dus eigenlijk niet. Moet deze transactie toch bij de projectomvang geteld worden omdat ze als gewijzigd moet worden beschouwd?
