Il main menu of the Bits&Chips Software Engineering conference features an introduction by renowned R&D management consultant Hans Sassenburg on the total cost of ownership for software. The opening keynote is delivered by Jan Bosch, seasoned engineer, executive, professor, innovator and consultant in the software industry.

After the plenary opening the programme continues in three parallel sessions:
1. Scrum is not enough!
2. Boosting the delivery train
3. Model-driven software engineering in the real world

In each session speakers from different domains will give short, interactive talks, followed by moderated discussions.

Il main menu is concluded by a closing keynote from Jurgen Appelo, Agile specialist and Management 3.0 evangelist, followed by a dinner in a restaurant on campus.
