Zijn Metrics nog steeds nodig in een Agile-omgeving?
Zijn er nog metrics nodig om de IT-organisatie te ondersteunen bij het toepassen van een agile methodiek? Doe de gerelateerde nieuwe strategieën, benaderingen en / of technologieën brengen nieuwe controlemechanismen of budgetteringspraktijken met zich mee? This conference will provide ideas and experiences that can help the community in (re-)organising their cost engineering practices. Not only success stories but also pitfalls and lessons learned in the transition from ‘traditional’ to this ‘ new’ development methodologies.
This event is free for Nesma and committee leden. Non-members pay € 60,= for the conference (including the dinner).

Nesma
Nesma still is the guard of one of the most important (ISO / IEC) certified standards for functional size measurement of software and for a long time, it was mainly concerned about the sizing aspect of software metrics. Echter, as the software industry slowly matures and software metrics are used more and more to support important business decisions, Nesma has chosen to adopt the slogan: ‘Nesma, more than just points’. The meaning of this is that while sizing (bv. function points or other size measures) remains an important aspect of the use of software metrics, in practice it is actually the application of what people wish to do with the measured size that is of true importance to the industry.
Nesma wishes to provide objective and independent information on the use of software metrics in business areas like schatting van softwareprojecten, software benchmarking, outsourcing based on software metrics, productiviteitsmeting and management, project control and sizing methods.
Nesma offers its members information and the possibility to exchange knowledge, ideeën, models, data and research on the topics mentioned above with leading experts worldwide.
