Nesma has decided to adopt Agility and to work in shorter cycles. The advantage is that members that don’t want to commit to a workgroup for many years can support one or more iterations. Joining a working group for a longer time is of course still possible. The advantage is that regularly new results will be delivered. Nesma will adjust its organization to support this change with respect to communication and marketing. More information will be provided in one of the next newsletters. If you would like to participate in an iteration for e.g. the Basis of Estimate, Estimation Maturity, Non Functional Requirements or Metrics on C-Level then please send your mail to office@nesma.org. We would like to welcome our international members to participate because we need your support.
