What are the key 3-4 metrics for Cloud

I’m helping lead the NIST Cloud Audit group and we decide to ask several communities what are the 3-4 key metrics for cloud computing.
We are leaving the door wide open and generic. Only direction is that the industry is still struggling with realistic SLAs and SLOs and I do plan to attend the ISO/IEC Cloud SLA meetings in the fall and hope to have information summarized by that time to guide the Cloud SLA community.

My proposed ones from a Cloud Auditor perspective (audits on behalf of a customer) are:
– responsiveness (to requests, including fulfillment time)
– availability
– cost
